Our Story
Our founder, Karol Klimek, brought a wealth of knowledge and international experience to our store. A master gemmologist, Karol's illustrious career included working with prestigious clients such as the Sultan of Brunei and Elton John. His passion for rare gemstones and fine craftsmanship set the standard for our exceptional collection of bespoke jewellery pieces.
Following Karol's untimely passing, his wife Bettina continued to uphold our commitment to quality and integrity. Under her leadership, we remained devoted to helping our customers find or create the perfect piece of jewellery, whether it was a sparkling diamond ring, a pair of stunning earrings, or a custom-made design that was uniquely theirs. As of 2024, Bettina has retired and completed an Employee Ownership Trust, leaving the business to her tenured team. However, she still occasionally visits the shop to lend a helping hand.
Our skilled team is here to assist with all your jewellery needs, including our on-site gemmologist Nicola and staff members Helen H. and Helen L., who have completed NAJ accredited jewellery courses and together bring over 40 years of sales experience in the jewellery industry.
