We offer professional jewellery repair and resizing services. Whether it’s a simple fix or a more complex restoration, we’ll ensure your jewellery is handled with care.
4. Do you provide jewellery valuations?
Yes, we offer valuation services for insurance and probate. Our registered NAJ valuer will assess the value of your pieces and provide you with a formal valuation certificate.
5. How long does it take to create a bespoke piece of jewellery?
This depends on the complexity of the design and the availability of materials. Typically, a custom design can take between 4 to 8 weeks from consultation to completion. We'll keep you informed throughout the process. An extra service of providing professional images of the design is available at an additional cost.
6. What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments in-store. For bespoke items, we require a deposit to begin the design process, with the balance due upon completion.
7. Can I return or exchange an item?
We offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition with the receipt. Please note that bespoke or customised items are non-refundable. Sale items are non-refundable unless they are faulty or not as described.

We are open Tuesday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturdays from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.

We do not directly provide insurance but can offer valuations for insurance purposes. We can recommend a specialist jewellery insurance company.
