  • Returns Policy

    We offer a 30 day return policy on items purchased. Items must be returned in brand new condition. Items which have been worn or display signs of wear will not be accepted back for a full refund.

    If an item is faulty, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the customer has the right to return goods that are unsatisfactory within 30 days for a full refund. A ‘faulty’ item is defined by not meeting the performance specifications described. In some cases, we may need to return an item to the manufacturer to determine if the item has a fault.

    Special Orders may not be subject to a full refund.
